CLARIDGE'S
Claridge’s Hotel Piano Suite: Erstwhile home of Mick Jagger and directly above Chef Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant. One of them, anyway. And as hot as it was in London that week, it may as well have been Hell’s Kitchen. The large painting in the main room is built and painted directly on the wall itself. Maybe to prevent theft? Nah. The screen just to the right of the lamp is used for the staff to sit behind when VIP’s are hosting meetings which require meal service. Also very good for hide-and-seek. The room with the green walls is the foyer. There are many doors leading off of it. Apparently one is a service elevator, and others are for expanding the suite to include more rooms. One leads to a private hallway. One is blockaded by a large bureau. I can only imagine where it goes.
