Works written by Henry Miller are often confused by duplicative foreign publications and private printings.  Some of Miller’s writings appeared independently and were later incorporated into other works; for example "A Devil in Paradise" (1956) became part of "Big Sur and the Oranges of Hieronymus Bosch" (1957).  Quite a few of Miller’s essays were first published in pamphlet form and later collected in miscellanies, such as " Money and How It Gets That Way" (1938), anthologized many years later in "Stand Still Like the Hummingbird" (1962).  Some booklets reprint passages from previously available works; others are just promotional leaflets.

The following compilation offers only the first editions in English and only brochures containing bits and pieces that do not appear elsewhere.
